Nugtopia NFTs are a growing collection of cannabis characters—unique digital collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain and supporting the Cannamoms non-profit organization. Initially hand painted by Nugtopia’s Artist Kole Trent (BIO – CLICK). Pre-Minting opportunities will stop once all the characters in the NFT collection are sold and at that time the NFTs will resume with floor pricing. Your Nugtopia character doubles as your membership to the Collector’s Club and grants access to members-only benefits, the first of which is an invitation to the annual Collector’s dinner. Future utilities and perks can be unlocked by the community through roadmap activation. Our characters are backed by Organic Rarity meaning, if you have a favorite strain, grab it. The only influence we will put on our characters is The “Original 6” characters ever created for Nugtopia. We will be withholding up to 5 characters from the initial release for give aways, team members and collaborated efforts.

Rarity
Untraditional to most NFT collections, we are backing our rarity scale organically. All characters will be available for the same pre-minted and minted rates. The only influence we’d like to put on the total collection is the “Original Six” Characters since they were the first characters ever created. More specifically “OG Kush” being the first character ever created.
Utilities
Utility – There doesn’t seem to be an agreed-upon definition of “utility” as it pertains to NFTs, other than some vague sense that it should add value to the pieces that you own as an NFT collector.
Each NFT will come with the following utilities:
- A physical Certificate of Authenticity coupled with an print of the character NFT that is purchased
- A physical Nugtopia NFT Collector t-shirt. Includes scannable QR code linked to the Flopage to assist in the buying/selling of the NFT
- An invitation to artist Kole Trent’s annual Nugtopia Collector’s Dinner. FREE for NFT holders. $250/person for anyone who has owned a Nugtopia NFT but is not currently holding one.
- An invitation to Nugtopia Collector’s Discord Server
- A 20% discount off of the original hand painted canvas piece of the character
- 20% discount on all purchases including Originals, Limited Edition Prints & Merch. Usable up to 10 times.
- Ability on all upcoming drops to purchase merchandise, physical art and NFTs 1 day prior to public drop date
- A sticker pack including the “Original 6” Characters and the Nugtopia logo

What is Nugtopia? - Artist Bio
I created Nugtopia to help push the taboo of cannabis out of society. I want a reason for everyone to smile and to think of it as a healing plant rather than a drug. The best way I could express my push for medicinal cannabis was to paint the most relatable strains and transform them into “Nug” characters. My passion for the medicinal cannabis industry came when our mother was diagnosed with benign nodules in her breast tissue. Breast cancer runs deep in our family and our mom actually lost her mom to breast cancer at a young age. So with this new diagnosis, our mom went out to Colorado for a little while and was being treated with a concentrated form of cannabis. When she went in the hospital to do the extraction surgery, the surgeons searched for over an hour to find nothing but grains of sand that the tumors had shrunk down to. A miracle happened all due to a cannabis plant! Our mother’s story isn’t the only one out there, so please take some time and educate yourself on the beneficial medicinal properties of cannabis. Come join our Nugtopia family and rid the world of cannabis ignorance forever. Cannabis artist Kole Trent has been taking the industry to new heights, and has a lot more in store!

Our mission with NFTs goes hand and hand with our mission from day one. We are looking to push the ignorance out of the industry through art (Look at “What is Nugtopia in FAQs) . In addition, we are happy to say that a portion of proceeds from each NFT transaction will go to the Cannamoms foundation.

Copyright & Licensing Info
The NFT Seller is referred to as the “Grantor.” The NFT Buyer is referred to as the “Grantee.” NFT purchase is buying the Non-fungible token and is licensing the underlying digital art, music, or other assets under the terms set forth below, or other terms set forth on the listing page.
Grant of Rights, Limitations, and Warranties:
- The Artist of the Works remains the copyright owner. The Grantee is not receiving ownership of the Works but is receiving certain limited rights in the Works as set forth herein.
- Upon confirming the NFT on the blockchain, Buyer becomes the Grantee and immediately receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to the Works as set forth herein, for the period the Grantee owns the NFT.
- Grantee is granted the right to use, copy and display the Works.
- Grantee may not modify the works, create derivative works, transform the works or perform the Works.
- Grantee MAY NOT make commercial use of the Works, except to resell or transfer some or all the rights granted herein.
- Grantee MAY NOT use the Works in any way which associates the Works with hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or otherwise infringes upon the rights of others.
- Any exercise of right granted hereunder requires attribution to the Copyright Owner and the Creator if they are listed in the NFT sale, where reasonably possible.
- Grantee shall not challenge Licensor’s copyright ownership of the Works.
- The NFT Seller warrants they are authorized to license the Works and consistent with these terms.
- Grantee may contact the Grantor if Grantee wishes to obtain rights not otherwise included herein. Any further grant of rights shall be in writing and evidenced by a further NFT, or signed documents, agreed to by all parties.
- This License only addresses the rights to the Works attached to the NFT transaction, not the NFT itself. There may be additional terms on the NFT listing page. To the extent there is a direct conflict, the NFT sale/listing page shall control.
- For anyone having a hard time understanding the last 11 warrants, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF YOUR PURCHASED NFT UNLESS IT IS TO RESELL THE NFT (NOT IT’S RIGHTS)
